Delete your account

Delete it in the app

1. Open French Grammar 360 and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
3. If recent authentication is required, sign in again and immediately repeat the deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@delululabs.co from the email address used for your account with the subject Delete my account. Include whether you sign in with email or Google. We will delete the account and synced data and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication sign-in account.
• Your synced quiz scores and visited chapter introductions.
• On the device where in-app deletion is completed, the local copy of progress.

What is not deleted automatically

• Your Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Feedback messages may be retained for follow-up; ask us to remove them.
• Advertising data controlled by Google remains subject to Google's settings and retention policies.

Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.
